Lauren J. Coombs, CCIM is a strategic partner on industrial assignments — warehouses, manufacturing, distribution, and industrial land across California. Licensed since 2010 and a key presence at KW Commercial Pacific Estates, she brings precision and client-first execution to investment sales, leasing, sale-leasebacks, and 1031 identification.

Together with Francisco Williams, CCIM, she co-leads Coombs + Williams Industrial: two designated principals on every industrial assignment, with underwriting discipline and a pre-qualified investor network. She is active with Southern California CCIM, the Realty Investment Association of California (RIAOC), and the Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council.

Laura Milshteyn brings 12+ years across commercial brokerage and property management. She joined KW Commercial Hollywood Hills in 2025; prior tenure includes Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills, Compass, BRC Advisors, and Sperry CGA.

Multi-lingual and trained as an interpreter at a top-tier business school, Laura builds cross-cultural relationships that surface off-market and pocket listings before they reach the broader market. Specialties include multi-family investments, development sites, 1031 exchanges, and income-producing assets. With Francisco Williams, CCIM, she co-leads Milshteyn + Williams CRE for cross-asset Southern California assignments.

Annie Liu Williams is a licensed residential real estate agent serving the San Gabriel Valley — from Pasadena to Rowland Heights and 20+ communities in between. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, she represents buyers and sellers across luxury residential, first-time and move-up purchases, leasing, and investment product (including Section 8, duplexes, and ADUs).

Her residential practice operates independently; her relationship with Williams Capital Advisors is a team partnership for clients who need both residential expertise and commercial or capital introductions.
