Francisco Williams founded Williams Capital Advisors in 2015 — a Beverly Hills commercial real estate brokerage, powered by KW Commercial — so owners and investors could stop juggling a different firm for every chapter of an asset's life. One desk, one standard of care, from first conversation through close.

He carries two licenses rarely run at the same desk: the California broker license (CalDRE #01979442) and the mortgage originator license (NMLS #1858674). That means the price advice and the financing advice come from the same person, underwriting both sides of the math — before a buyer locks a rate or a seller locks an asking figure.

Prior to founding WCA, Francisco's career moved through legal, capital markets, and brokerage.

He serves on the board of the CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter and stays active in ULI and ICSC. The designation, the board seat, and the licenses are all on the record — and the discipline behind them is the point: credentialed, dual-licensed, accountable, and present in the markets he advises.

Annie Liu Williams is a licensed residential real estate agent serving the San Gabriel Valley — from Pasadena to Rowland Heights and 20+ communities in between. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, she represents buyers and sellers across luxury residential, first-time and move-up purchases, leasing, and investment product (including Section 8, duplexes, and ADUs).

Her residential practice operates independently; her relationship with Williams Capital Advisors is a team partnership for clients who need both residential expertise and commercial or capital introductions.

Cindy Adlawan leads day-to-day operations for Williams Capital Advisors — the connective tissue between principals, clients, and active assignments. She coordinates intake, follow-through, and internal systems so deals and owner requests move with a clear owner and a clear next step.

When you reach the team by phone, form, or chat, operations is often the first human handoff after the principal — ensuring context is captured and nothing sits idle.

Kristle Alcuizar directs marketing for Williams Capital Advisors — listing materials, digital presence, and campaign coordination that keep WCA’s institutional voice consistent across every owner-facing surface.
