From vision to platform
Williams Capital Advisors was built so owners and investors do not have to juggle a different firm for every chapter of an asset’s life. Capital, investment sales, leasing, management, and construction advisory sit under one roof — with a single accountable point of contact.
Commercial real estate is still sold in silos: a capital markets shop for the loan, a brokerage for the sale, a separate manager when the building needs care, and a third party when construction or tax appeals appear. That fragmentation costs time, context, and trust.
Williams Capital Advisors (WCA) is a Beverly Hills commercial real estate platform powered by KW Commercial Beverly Hills. We specialize in multifamily, retail, net lease (NNN), and related commercial product across Southern California, with selective national coverage for net-lease assignments. Founder Francisco Williams, CCIM, brings senior capital-markets and brokerage experience from Cushman & Wakefield and Kidder Mathews, and has advised on more than $100 million in commercial transactions.
Our affiliation with KW Commercial Beverly Hills connects owners and 1031 buyers to a high-trust network while we stay hands-on through underwriting, marketing, negotiation, and close. Where a specialty desk is the right answer, we partner — industrial with Lauren J. Coombs, CCIM; multi-asset and off-market with Laura Milshteyn; San Gabriel Valley residential with Annie Liu Williams — without losing the single-team standard of care.
